Where are Sweet Reminders products made and shipped from?

All Sweet Reminders orders are made and shipped from Hollywood, Florida, with love and care.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are processed safely and securely.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Sweet Reminders jewelry looking its best:

  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, chemicals, or cleaning products
  • Store safely when not in use
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth only
  • Do not use liquid cleaning solutions

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive updates by email. When your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not offered.

Sweet Reminders will cover shipping for the exchanged item sent back to you.

What are the return requirements?

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or order number is required
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unopened
  • Item must show no signs of wear or use

What items are final sale?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom engraved or personalized pieces
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Who do you ship with?

Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected. International orders ship via DHL Express.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using DHL Express.


Please note:

  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.


Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
