Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Every Sweet Reminders bracelet is one size, strung on strong elastic with 6mm beads, so it stretches to fit and settles back. It is designed to sit comfortably on most adult wrists.

You need a strip of paper and a ruler.

• Wrap the paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, snug but not tight
• Mark where the paper overlaps
• Lay it flat and measure to the mark. That is your wrist size

A stretch bracelet should measure close to your wrist size when relaxed. If you are between sizes and like a looser fit, size up in your mind and expect it to sit a little lower on the wrist.

Yes for most teens. The elastic takes up a lot of the difference, and the bracelet simply sits a little more loosely. For a very small wrist or a young child, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.

Roll it on, do not pull it wide. Stretching a bracelet open with your fingers is the fastest way to tire the elastic. Rolling it over your hand the way you would a hair tie makes it last far longer.

Get in touch within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange it. See our returns & exchanges policy. The item needs to be unworn and in its original packaging, so try it on gently before deciding.
