All Sweet Reminders orders aremade and shipped from Hollywood, Florida.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Sweet Reminders jewelry looking its best:
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, chemicals, or cleaning products
- Store safely when not in use
- Clean gently with a soft cloth only
- Do not use liquid cleaning solutions

ORDERS
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive order status updates sent to the email address provided at checkout. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us with the name on the order and we will be happy to assist.
I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?
After placing an order, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered.
If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@sweetreminders.com and include the name on the order and, if available, the email address used at checkout. Our team will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Sweet Reminders products are created to celebrate meaningful moments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not offered.

Sweet Reminders will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original packaging
- Receipt or order number is required
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unopened
- Item must show no signs of wear or use

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us.

SHIPPING
Who do you ship with?
Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected and destination.
International orders ship via DHL Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally using DHL Express.

- Free shipping does not apply to international orders
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
